Remedy if Ancestral house being leased by sister without knowledge

My father house is now being leased for 2.75 lakhs by sister without my consent. A fake document that I have agreed to it has been prepared but they are not showing me the document as well. What should I do? The money was spent by her and when the tenant is vacating they are asking me to pay it back or sell the house. I am not willing to. Please advice.
Ask your tenant that on what basis he/she wants to repay his lease amount? Get a copy of lease deed if any.

From your query it is not clear who are the legal heirs to the property of your father . In any case both you and your sister has got equal rights and if you do not return the money the tenant will not leave . After he vacates go for a partition deed.

You have to legally lodge a police complaint against your sister for forging a document and sign without your knowledge. The tenant will be having a copy of the lease deed, with that you can lodge a complaint against your sister and sort it out legally.
