Would like to understand the modalities to be followed and the documents to be made available to register the forum under KAOA 1972 .
Hi. The apartment owners association under KAOA 1972 is stopped for now. You can still register it under 1969 Act which is also relevant Act. It requires minimum 7 members to form the association and their Aadhar card as document proof. It takes 15 working days to complete the process. You can contact us to know the price
