Registered Will : notarise General Power of attorney + possession ltr

Dear Advocate,
My grandfather has made a notarised general power of attorney + possession letter and a registered will in my mother’s name in 2019 when no legal heirs were having any issue but now due to some family conflict- Three daughters and Two sons are claiming on property but my grandfather doesn’t want to change anything,
My question is that how can we make a concrete documentation so that no one can challenge it after his death?m (Grandfather is alive)
Note: this is self acquired property and there is no registry in area, power of attorney works here (jamia nagar okhla new delhi 110025)

If the property in nature is a self acquired one of your grandfather then no one amongst his children can claim it legally as per the law while he is still alive. However, the said property can only be distributed as per the desire of your grandfather i.e. by way of his will which will come into effect after his demise.
To avoid any dispute you can have your grandfather to transfer the shares in each person’s name as per his will while he is alive in other words mutation of the property subjected to division as per the said will can be done in order to shift the ownership or title .

sir hru i have read ur issue as you are saying tht this is ur own self accquired peoperry.
yes it is possible tht your grand father can just nominate you for his whole sole property yo getv
trandphered in your name and no one can claim anything in that peoperty. you need yo show us complete documentation for tht pourpose
