I am living in shahdara with joint family ,Mother ,father and two chacha's ,this property is on the name of my grand mother who died few years back and we have power or attorney on the name of grandmother which was done in the year 1993 or 1994 .my grand mother have 4 children's one daughter who is my bhua residing in Punjab and three sons out of which one is my father and other two are my chacha's .I want to take share of my both chacha's in my name and they both want money as per the the share and value of property presently. How can I take share of both chacha's .so that i will become the 50% share holder in this property as there are four legal heirs ( one is my bhua .second is my father and two chacha's ) nProperty is on the name of grand mother who died .is it possible that i will give money to both chacha's and take there two shares legally in this property ..

yes it is possible.... get a sale deed made from them in your favor of their joint share and pay them the consideration amount.... else first get property named in favor of father Bua cha-cha and then tell them to sell of their share in your name...

yes you can reimburse your uncles for their shares and take their property.
but before proceeding with that you must be aware if any will was executed by your grandmother. if no will has been executed then then the property shall devolve on her legal heirs in equal shares.

Yes yes after your grandmother died the four children are the owner of the suit property so by preparing agreements between your father and two Brothers and one making profit there she can we relinquished in favour of your father and after proper documentation your father will Pick up 3/4 owner of the property

In order to take your uncle share from this property you have to execute sale deed that they are selling their undivided share in the property to you …this is the only best way we can do or else they can also execute a bundle of set via GPA with consideration …which will include proper GPA with the consideration price plus agreement to sale plus receipt of payment plus will …..so when when you have these cumulative documents it will also work…thanks n b in touch
