Regarding illegally getting property paper signs and harrassing my mot

We have property in Delhi and as per my younger brother he said that he got all the legal documents and now he owns the house he somehow took sign of my mother on legal documentsnWe don't know yet if he has got documents or not neither did my mother remembers anything like thatnMy mother wants to give share of property to me too but we don't know how and what to donHe was taking care of mother and now kicked her out from her own home and now she's living with us in another home and we are taking care of her now nMy mother even told me that he and his wife been physical and abusing with hernI do not talk to him from 9-10 years and when my mother is with us from around 2 years we don't have touch with him
helli mam as i can see your issue is seems to be very much problamatic situation in this condition we need to take legal actions on immidiate bases tht is the only solution so tht your mother harrasment can be stopeed urgently as well as property can be given back to your mither
