Refund from builder for not completion of Project

I had invested in property in 2013. Project possession date was Sept 2017 was not completed on the date and stopped. Despite giving the refund of the project as asked by me, the builder is giving notice for not paying demand amount. Please help to get me the refund of my hard earned invested money.
On the above-mentioned query please file immediately a complaint against the builder in RERA TRIBUNAL. Thereafter the builder have to be pay for the same .
Either the builder has gave the possession or gave the entire amount or the flat/ plot with interest, or both if the court order.

Hon'ble Apex court recently passed a detailed order related to your case that the builder are bound to repay all amount to the owner if the building has not been completed within time. You may file Clim against the builder to get all those amount.

file a complaint on the portal of RERA of your state. The act is quite helpful. you will get relief from the authority. but be cautious while drafting complaints because of limitation of words. you will get refund along with interest plus compensation if the complaint is properly drafted.
