sir,
1. In the instance case , since you purchased with consideration and entered in to an agreement of sale and have the possession of the property.
2. In view of the above , file a suit for declaration title and Injunction ,not to interfere with the possession

SIR,
in your query you said that you purchased the property from your uncle, on other hand you are saying that he signed only
agreement, what type of agreement it is if that is agreement of sale which is duly registered then you can approach civil court
by filing suit for specific performance in the appropriate court.

any immovable property transaction must be register with the sub-register of the area in which such immovable property
situated otherwise right of the immovable property will not transfer from the vendor to vende.

in the above case if there is no any registered document it is very difficult to get back your property.

Hi
If the court has ordered partition of the property, then you have to appeal against the partition order issued by the court, by impleading yourself in the court. The court will look in to the merits of your claim (agreement paper signed by your uncle) and then decide whether to stay the order of the court or not.
