Property tax not filled by Seller

27-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello, If we find that property tax is not filled by the seller. What are the options to get this filled by the seller. In sale deed it's mentioned that if any demand comes for period before sale deed was done, it will be filled by seller. Thanks

I have perused your query and would advise you to demand for payment of property tax by the seller if it pertains prior to the sale. Failing which a legal notice may kindly be issued to the concerned.

Hello Sir I have perused your query. In these circumstances you have an option to send the seller a legal notice to pay the same in the stipulated time frame. For further information feel free to contact me

send legal notice to the concerned person and then the rest becomes the record which you can rely upon if he refuses to pay as per the agreement. rest you can proceed to court as well if needed which is worthy if amount is huge
