Property situated at Kolkata. Property is going to sell with the consent of other co-sharer without any knowledge and concentration of my self. I am one of the co- sharer of the property. I don't have any documents or Will copy. This property is related to my mother maiden property . I don't have any succession certificate. I am only son, don't have any brother and sister. How can I get the legal share?? Please let me know immediately. I don't have any connection or communication to the other co- sharer
you have to make the legal succession certificate but you have to get the will which was made or gift of the property no one can sell the property of yours without your concern or knowledge it's not possible
