Property sharing for my family regards

My father is died and my mother is alive and I have 2 brother so so I have rights in property shares my mother is telling I will not give u any shares

You have the right to claim share in the property of your father. In case your family refuses to give you your share, you can send a legal notice first or proceed to file a civil suit for share and partition of the property as may be relevant. If property belongs to your father and if said property belongs to ancestral one or if in fathers property no will is made by your father then in said property four shares will made out and you will enjoy the absolute one fourth share.

Hello! If there is no execution of any will. your father along with his mother, brothers and sisters (if any) will have equal share in your grandfather's property. he will have to opt heirship certificate.
