inheritance rights depend upon various things. first depends up on the kind of property whether it is entirely self acquired by father are whether be in selfie had inherited answer from property, what's the circumstance leading to second marriage, weather the parties are Hindus.? who are already born when the present property was acquired by father, who are all alive now etc., . This is a big and complicated matter. any simple answer will be missleading. you better take a consultation from a liar specialised under Hindu inheritance.

I have gone through the query. Yes, you are eligible to claim. However, eligibility depends on specific criteria, including circumstances and supporting evidence. Ensure all relevant documents are present
