Property issue among siblings after mothers death

My husband has house which he got after his mothers death, all documents transferred to his name . He build house and we given the house for lease ,3floors.we are living in abroad and now his brother gave one of our house which was vacant for lease without our knowledge.how to legally handle this issue?
you have many options to proceed against your husband brother, firstly you haven't explained how your husband got transferred from her father or whether partition occurred between them.
secondly you file case for injunction against the his brother or eviction against the tenant.
