Regarding the property transfer and sale agreement:
Property Ownership
If the property was transferred to both your name and your husband's name, it's considered a joint ownership.
Sale Agreement
A sale agreement made only with your husband's name might not be entirely valid or binding, as you're also a co-owner.
Legal Implications
You might want to consider:
1. *Consent*: Did you give your consent for the sale agreement?
2. *Joint ownership*: As a co-owner, you have rights to the property.
3. *Potential disputes*: This situation could lead to disputes between you and your husband or with the buyer.
Next Steps
You may want to:
1. *Consult a lawyer*: Get professional advice on your rights and options.
2. *Review the agreement*: Examine the sale agreement and understand its terms.
3. *Communicate with your husband*: Discuss the situation with your husband and clarify your positions.
