Regarding the property dispute, you may consider filing a suit for partition if you have a legal claim or seek remedies such as injunction for any mismanagement, interference or fraud related to the property in question. For recovering funds provided to your family you may consider and file a suit for recovery of money if there is sufficient evidence. Documents will play a crucial role in strengthening your claim. In the case of fraud by your fiancé, you can file a criminal complaint for cheating and pursue civil remedies to recover the funds. i would say a detailed review of your documents will help us understand an effective legal strategy.

If it an ancestral property then you have a birth right and interest in the property. A partition suit can be filed to get your share from the property. And a recovery suit can be filed against your fiancé
