Property deal canceled but money not returned

Sir, property was being purchased through Landmarkhomebuild but after few days, It got canceled and Minakshi who is a dealer in Landmark said money will be returned after 3 months but when the date approached she denied giving a next date. But she has not given yet nor she is confirming properly means the way she talks is doubt. Request you to pls suggest what should I do. Thanks sonia
Dear Sonia ji, you need to hire an advocate who will get an FIR lodged against the builder and his accomplices and simultaneously will file a case for recovery of money with compensation and interest.
