Property Broker is refusing to return the money taken for a land

We have given a percent of amount to the property broker for a piece of land in Dwarka but later found that the land is not registered and when we asked him to return the money back he denied by saying it’s been three months now and we won’t return the amount. There has been no exchange of documents only verbal contracts. We just have a paper on which the broker has signed that he has received a sum amount of money for the land and his sign is there.
Can anything be done now to get the money back?
Dear Sir,
On the basis of receipt, you can take legal action against him by firstly sending him a notice to return back the amount failing which amounts to file case in court. If still dont return back the amount you can go to court.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very serious in nature. so you are not able to recover your money which you have given fir purchasing of the land to the dealer . in this matter id you are readdy to take legal action aganst the dealer rgen only your able to get your money back.
