09-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
I have a child. Can I claim my husband’s property in case something happens to him? And what about money he had in his bank account? Can I claim that too?

Generally, As per succession, You and your child will have equal rights over the property and money in bank account after your husband if he does not make any will. Otherwise if he makes a will then the property will be shared or partition as per his will.

Hi! Yes! You can claim the property as well as the money in his bank account. For that, you need to obtain an Heirship certificate from the court. Let me know if you want to go further and obtain the same. Thanks!
