Procedure to remove brother's name from property papers?

I bought a property near NH 24. To get the loan approved salary slips of my brother were used due to which his name is also included in the property papers. He has never paid a single penny for the property. How can i get his name removed from the property papers?

If u want to remove the name of your brother from the property papers, Execuate a GPA (GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY) of the said property in your favor or make an indemnity bond that i am withdrawing/ transfer my share to my brother's name. i.e in your name.

Hi,
if your brother has a registered property deed in his name , you can only get the property by way of gift deed when he is alive, which is to be registered or through a will after his death, if only agreement to sell is there then you have to change the agreement with the builder, but bank will not agree to the same.
