As per your query your father died intestate. In that case all children and wife will get equal share. In case your father predeceased his mother, she (His Mother) also get one share. As per the law all the three has got a share in that property . If the property is in Chennai you have to apply for a succession certificate making the two sisters as respondents . After getting it you can legally fight for your share and you will get it.
