Procedure and fees to get the ownership details of a property verified

19-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
We want to file a partition suit for some property that was owned by my grandfather but is currently being used by my paternal uncle (brother of my father). Although we verbally have known that it belongs to my granfather but we want to verify the ownership details of these to know if we can file the suit. What all documents would I need to get from mcd, dda and registrar. Is there anyone you can suggest to do this job. What would it cost to get such details derived by some agent ? Please suggest.

It is important you must check property papers or details first. You get the sale deed paper in favor of your grand father or chain of sale, mutation papers etc. from authorities there may be more papers required as per your case requirement

Dear Sir

It is advisable for you to get the property due diligence done by an expert before you go for the partition to avoid any kind of problem that you might have to face as it is important to know that property is free from any encumbrance.
