A plot of land in West BENGAL, is being claimed by WAQF estate. According to the CS ROR(~ year 1935) the intermediary was the estate (the name of the mutwalli was mentioned) and my ancestor was the "Raiyat".nAfter land reform ("The West Bengal Estates Acquisition Act, 1953" and "THE WEST BENGAL LAND REFORMS ACT, 1955") in the LR ROR my ancestor became the owner ( probably in 1956). Now WAQF estate says West Bengal Land Reform made a mistake and wrongly registered my ancestor's name in LR ROR.
