Original lawyer have given NOC for change of counsel 1 day b4 hearing

After months of follow up, our counsel gave NOC for change of counsel 1 day before our hearing in court tomorrow. We don't have another counsel finalized. How to proceed to avoid adjournment against us?

To oppose or handle an adjournment request made by the opposing party against your interest, you must be present, ready to voice your objection, and prepared to demonstrate how the delay prejudices your case or wastes judicial time.

You directly go to the court and submit the court for change of advocate and also ask one adjournment for file NOC vakalath. Otherwise the court will issue notice to you again. If you need any further queries please contact me.

To avoid an adjournment or an adverse order when a counsel issues a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the last minute, you can arrange a new advocate to request a short pass-over or adjournment by explaining the sudden discharge, or file a formal application for time to engage a new counsel.

You need to inform court about NOC or connect with any other lawyer so that he may take an adjournment . When you will appear in the court, you need to inform the court about the no objection taken by your existing lawyer.
