Obtaining property papers by fraud

My father was decieved by his siblings in 1987 before my birth they made him sign a release paper saying he got 50thousand rupees n has no right on his fathers property, Can i file a case against them?
It appears that you have come to know of the matter within last one year`s time. Otherwise, you should approach court within 3 years` time after attaining majority. Now, If the properties are still in the names and possession stiil brothers, if you can prove fraud, you have a chance.
