Notice of possession in respect of the immovable property by bank

I have got a notice regarding possession of a dda flat due to default of emi. Will I have to be present at the time of taking the possession by the advocate or the bank ??

it seems that you have not properly given your query it seems that the bank has taken action against you under Sarfaesi Act for more details you can contact our office or I am dictated the answer it there may be some technical problem message kar diya
