No will, succession certificate for getting non movable property delhi

Husband died in 2005 , no will. wife and only son need succession certificate . Property at bindapur New Delhi. Which court have to apply succession certificate for both? . Do both require at the time of filing case please suggest also specialist advocate at delhi

For succession certificate you have to apply to Dwarka court since your property is situated in that jurisdiction. Hello, you are required to file a succession certificate petition u/s 372 of Indian Succession Act in Dwraka District Court. Death certificate and documents that prove your relationship with the deceased, etc.. are required. It will take 3 to 4 months. you need to appear after the court notice.
