First of all in order to get a succession certificate you need to file a petition in the court of law through a lawyer, within the jurisdiction where the estate/property lies. For precise consultation I would advise you to share more details for the same. For further assistance please feel free to call.

For property, a succession certificate is not required. we need to understand what is to be done actually. a succession certificate is only given for movable properties. we are specialists in inheritance and succession planning only.

For succession certificate you have to apply to Dwarka court since your property is situated in that jurisdiction. Now coming to the point of the presence required both of them would need to submit the signature in an affidavit. After that you can actually appear through video conference on subsequent hearings. For a detailed legal consultation, you can contact me.

Hello, you are required to file a succession certificate petition u/s 372 of Indian Succession Act in Dwraka District Court. Death certificate and documents that prove your relationship with the deceased, etc.. are required. It will take 3 to 4 months. you need to appear after the court notice. After the certificate is issued, you can collect it from the registry. If you need the petition to be drafted and filed, you can seek help from me.
