New flat before possession builder ran away

Hi I have buy one flat in Pune. Loan case was done, flat also ready after some years but before possession, builder ran away, in society some flats possession was completed some 15 to 20 flats are pending . Now flat is in my custody what need to do for sale deed and other registration process ?
need more information, is there a agreement to sale? have to paid any consideration or part payment? has the builder acquired OC? Have you filed any criminal or civil case in court?, you will need to contact a good advocate to help with this.
