Neither receiving Return nor Possession of Property purchased

1. I had booked a Office sized 150 Sq.Ft. in Cosmic Corporation Park-1, Noida and Company have given undertaking for promised assured return till possession of the said property but from 01st April, 2015, M/s. Cosmic have stopped & defaulted in paying “Assured Interest ”. Construction work also stopped and offer of possession also not given by the Company till date. Both the Directors of the Company are behind the Bar since Nov. 2016 at Delhi. Kindly help. We are Approx. 600 Investors in this Case.
Since they are already in jail as per your facts it is hard to claim the money privately other then by way of filing a joint application to sell the property of the accused persons if there is any in the names of the accused persons .

File a winding up petition against the company and claim your money being creditors of company.As per your query status of company is not clear only directors are behind the bar ,it means company is still existing.
