I am buying flat of 57.5 lac ni am doing ful payment and eminshould i buy it on my name or jointly with husband?nif we get separate or divorce, can he take half property even without paying anything while buying the propertynor any benefit if i take on my name?

okay I understand your questions so you purchased flot in kointly with your husband name nut you only pay full comsidration amount to dlot and paid EMI right. so now if you take a divorce how can come to right over the property to your husband right so you jabe to show the all ecedance to court and take cancelation of jos mame on joint like declararion from court you take order you are only a sole owner of the flot like that so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

l advice you to buy only in your name to avoid future legal/ personal complications. Also, if it is a recent/ new project get done a thorough title verification because many builders will have mortgaged the land for a undisclosed project loan with some . financial institution.
