need urgent guidance to file reply to notice

Hello, I am Nagabhushan, aged 73 and a retired govt of India personnel who worked in capacity of scientist in allied wing of DRDO. Recently (6mnths back ) I sold my house to buyer. The buyer constructed grill work and other work on floor which obstructed air/light to neighbor. The neighbor sent buyer a notice demanding 5lakh compensation, or removing the construction. The buyer in-turn sent me notice saying I breached trust as per IPC 405, 406 and 423 and asking me to resolve this matter
I thought this is absurd that for the mistake which buyer has done, I am being given notice. Pl advice immediate next steps since as per notice I have to respond before 30.4.2021
