Need an advice related to my father's property!!

Hi, We have our father's property of 100 sq yards in east Delhi. Now, my father has passed 10 years back and we have a will of a deed of our father, which bears that after my father, the entire property and legal formalities belongs to my mother and after mother, the entire property will be distributed in 50-50 between my two brothers. And, it is already mentioned clearly that I (daughter of my father) have no share. But, know with the cruel behavior of my elder brother (elder son of my father) and his wife, they are pressurizing my mom to give them a 70 percent share of the property. But, unfortunately, a few months back my mom has disinherited (disowning a son in Indian legal system) without telling him about this. But, now, again and again, my elder brother and his wife are torturing (by doing unwanted stuff or sometimes beating my mom or using abusive language) my mother to give him their share of the property with their name. pls, give suggestions what to do save my mom and prty?
