My property is getting damage due to illegal construction of property

An illegal construction start 5 years ago adjacent to my house due to which my personal property damaged as from the time of construction building was tilting forward and pull my building alongside. I complained in MCD many times but MCD didn't take strict action against him. Now my property getting damage continuously, What should I do now?

hello client as i can see your issue is a serious problem i agree but as you have tried a lot to stop the construction but mcd us not taking action but you can get justice but for tht we need to move to court

complaint to nearest police station acp and dcp or cp or your jurisdiction and also attached copy of complaints which you send to mcd.
if no action taken by any authority you can file a suit before court for temporary stay on construction.

You can file a suit for damages and also take stay of that building Also u can file writ petition Against MCD for not taking appropriate action On your complain and get that property demolished then a take ur call On how you want to proceed you can contact for further discussion

You need to hire an advocate n file suit for damages for this case. Your advocate will tell you what all home work shall be done in order to get compensation from the court for all your damages …
For illegal construction u can move writ to the concerned High Court.
