My marriad sister has filed a property case

My father had died in August 2018 before retirement , he has left 3 plots one was given by his father and two he bought later me my brother are in living plots which our father bought now we have two sisters both r marriad and elder sister has filed a case for all three properties . Pls help
If your father has died without leaving a will then all four of you have equal right in all the properties. If your elder sister has filed a case for all the three properties, a lot of legalities has to be seen which can be challenged.
no one can take away your share from the property.

Daughters would not have any share in ancestral property if the father died before 2005. However, if it is a self-acquired property of the father, daughters have an equal share in the property. Only because someone shouldered the expenses of his sister's marriage does not mean that the sister would not have share in her father's self-acquired property

Query perused . In the inherited property the daughter has a claim. If it is a self acquired property by your father, then a daughter cannot claim her share from the property against the will.
