Dear Client

You need to immediately file a case for partition seeking your share. If your parents have died without making a will all of their children have equal right over their property. However, i need to know the particular facts of your case to give you sound advice.

I practice in civil law, kindly contact for a detailed discussion on this issue.

We have perused your query and are of the considered opinion that you should get the notice issued to your brother through a lawyer for partition of the property by meets and bounds. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us
