It is MANDATORY to have the Mutation in the name of Seller ?
Can I sell without doing Mutation ?

Nutrition is the process after selling of your property so there is no need to have mutation in the name of the seller first of all you have to execute a sale deed in favour of seller and seller may go to the concerned authority for mutation of the said property thank you

Dear Sir,
Yes it is not mandatory to have mutation of the said property in the name of seller at the time of selling it. You must have the registered title deed in your name while selling.
