Mother wonthe case for father's ancestor property promised to give 50%

My mother put a Case against her brother after death of her father for ancestors property share the Case settled for 30 lakh after 2 years my mother told me I will give 50 percent amount to me .now after getting this amount she refused to give me.shall I claim my share in that amount through respected court.shall I claim amount from my father ancestors property also.iam a woman
