If a mother is a absolute owner of the property. Can she sell her property to the out sider. Without the presence of her childrens at the time of transfer of the property. Or registration

Howe is the title got transferred to mother did she purchased the same on her own or is their any contribution of the children's . If the property is on her name alone then she can sell the same with her wish and it is not required the consent of children's in registration.

You have not mentioned what is your religion. Assuming that you are Hindu, the mother can sell the property without the presence of her children at the time of Transfer of property. The property lying in the name of female is exclusive property. Nobody can claim the same.

Yes if mother is absolute owner and peaceful possessors of the property then she have right to sale, mortgage, rent, lease, gift, GPA, SPA etc. without consent of her children, if children have any problem they also have right to ask their share in the said property they can also stop the sale or transfer of property by filling civil suit.

yes she can sell the property without the consent of the children if the property is acquired by herself or if the property is derived from her father as stridhana then she will become the absolute owner, in that circumstances she can sell the property
