I filled one criminal case under sec 200 crpc on my younger brother he cheated me he purchase property from my mother all papper are wrong what happened in this case
your case seems to be more of a civil nature and you immediately take simultaneous steps to file civil suit for cancelation of title documents otherwise criminal case would consume all your time and civil remedy and relief would be barred by time and law of limitation by that time. So, Make haste.

hello client as you are saying you have filled undee section 200 crpc is not at all correct remedy to file a case against your brother for cheating and forgery against you on the name of fraud and wr9ng papers . in your matter you can take direct action against your brothee drom high court directly. which is much faster aa compare to 200 crpc

You should file a Civil case for cancellations of these documents as soos as possible. The criminal case doest not give you more relief regarding the property.
The Civil case should be file within 3 years from the date when you get the knowledge about the document executed by your brother.
