Legal ways to prevent selling of property by mother under influence

We are 2 sister and no brother. My father demise in year 1997 and all my father property turn to my mother's name. My mother made her first and last will in which she state equall share to both sister. My husband build pakka house for her and bear all expenses of my sisters daughters marriage. Till date all farm product are used by my sister because she takes care of my mother and I help her financially bcoz I have my own family. Now my sister another marriage is going to take place in next year for which she is influencin my mom to sell her property to help her in marriage. How can I stop my mother from selling her proper ty? Her age is 78. And she is not physically well nor even she can walk. She is in bed and my sister is trying to get profit of her situation. Please help what I can do in such situation. Thanks for reading.

we have read out your query very carefully , yadi property maa ke name thi aur wo apki maa ki icha thi ki property ki property ap dono sisters ko de , law ke according to aesa ji hota hai ki property property me bhai ho ya sisters dono ka barabar ka rights hota hai . aur apke husband ne unko ghar kyo banaya hai jb property name thi to yadi apke husband ne banayi hai to fir rights ho sakta hai apka lekin yadi property khandhani hai to apki sister ka bi right hai , please ap apna question clearfy kare .

First think that how all the property come only single name ur mother.
After ur father all proprty must be comes in the name of ur mother and you and ur sister.
And your mother have 3rd share only so u have right to file partition case and also succession case

क्या आपके पिताजी ने कोई WILL आपकी माताजी के नाम करी थी जिससे उनका नाम प्रॉपर्टी में चढ़ाया गया??

अगर नहीं तो आपके पिताजी की संपत्ति में आप लोगों का भी हिस्सा बनता है जिसे आपकी माताजी बिना आपकी मर्ज़ी से बेच नहीं सकती हैं.

आपके पति ने जो भी रूपए घर बनाने में लगाए उससे आपका कोई अधिकार पूरे घर पे नहीं हो सकता.

आप सिर्फ अपने हिस्से और अधिकार को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए न्यायालय में जा सकती हैं.
