Papa ka khud ka kharida hua makan h usme unki beti 35years se raha rahi h jo shadi shuda h aur 2 ladko ki shadi bhi karli h wo bhi papa ke makan mai hi raha rahe h lekin ab papa makan khali karne ke liye kaha rahe par ab beti makan khali karane se mana kar rahi h to ab papa is case mai legaly kya kar sakte h aur makan khali hone mai kitana samay lag jayega kyoki papa ki age 65years h. Please suggest.

Is the papers and all when is the girl living in the property which year and all is there any will or so or property papers in the name of her father and al what is the mode of deed what was the payment and all done u can file suit for possession and fight for it

The father can initiate a suit for mandatory injunction, directing the son and daughter to move out of the suit property. This procedure may take a short time, depending on what do the son an daughter reply.
