Legal heirs objecting on the sale of self acquired property

My grand father age above 90 want to sale self acquired propery , my father and his 3 brother want to object to sale property, can they object or not? My father was withdrawn fund from Bank as on date of purchase of property and give fund (cash) to my grandfather for acquiring property, please help. Thank you

No they can not, unless some specific legitimate reason is there, Hence the full case need to reviewed, ask the client to contact me with full details.because at this stage it will be premature to give any legal opinion.

Your grand father can sale self acquired property, your father can not take any objection, If your father give fund (cash) to your grandfather for acquiring property, so you can go civil court for declaratory suit and permanent injunction but evidence must be strong to give fund (cash).

This property is owned by your grandfather by his own means he has right to sell the property your father and your uncle can only purchase if your grandfather is interested to sell it to them in proper rates
