Legal action for change of plot by TDI city

DEAR SIR , WE HAVE BOOKED A LAND IN 2006 IN TDI CITY KUNDLI , THEY HAVE ALLOTTED US THE PLOT IN K BLOCK - NUMBER 17 . I HAVE PAID THE 90 % AMOUNT . NOW IN 2018 DURING THE TIME OF REGISTRY OF PLOT, THEY ARE CHANGING MY PLOT NUMBER AND SHIFTING TO J BLOCK . I DON'T WANT TO TAKE MY PLOT IN J BLOCK . KINDLY SUGGEST ME ABOUT THE LEGAL ACTION.

Hello client I have read ur query in this matter u have to move to the court immediately so they are not able to cheat you as well as they are not able to make you fool any more in this manner they are trying to misguide u .

You have to approach civil court by filing suit for specific performance and you may also approach consumer court if you have booked the plot for residential purpose or related to your livelihood not for commercial use.

The appropriate remedy to avail is you can go ahead and file a suit for recovery along with damages or else you can also seek specific performance of the contract ,therefore looking into documentation can sort the queries .Please feel free to contact for further course of Enquiry .

This is a deficiency in service on the part of your developer. You may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum/Commission, as the case may be, praying either to allot the original plot or refund whole of amount along with interest and other compensation.
