Legal action against fraudulent sale of property by relative

A plot of land area 87 dismil, in the ownership land deed of my grand mother (not alive). Total three stake holders of this property. But My uncle sold this property alone. What should I take legal action against this?
You have two remedies to avail firstly lodge a first information report with the police and secondly challenge the sale deed by which the sale transaction has been done for that you need to contact a lawyer for the procedural part
