Dear Queriest if you have bought the house by signing the document which is just notarized then it has no legal base at all. You were supposed to do it legally i.e. by proper process registration of sale should have been a legal process. for more information about the same call me.

Notary agreements are legally binding documents that must be signed in front of a notary. A notary agreement can be used in many countries as a valid, enforceable document to transfer ownership of property or document other legal transactions.
