In our property's pahani someone's name is showing as owner

For Our grand father agricultural land we have not paid any kandaya for 30 years....now till 2018 in pahani it is showing my grandfather is the owner of the land but from 2019 it showing neighbors as owner for our survey jumper and barcode...we have not sold out to that person
Are you in possession eq that land? who is cultivating it. ? Send the RTC to my whatsapp. ? Do you have original papers of the land with you ? These type of frauds are made by people in conspiracy with workers of revenue department

As per in possession they entered transferred the property in their name. Please check RTC from from thirty years. And file a case against your neighbour before your jurisdictional court. If you need further query please contact me.

okay I understand your questions so your phani is showing neigh bour name right and your name missing in phani so you are aproch the Ac court with thasildar endorcement if land is under podi procedings Or not it is also. important so you shall aproch the tahasildar then you go to Ac. court
