If my flat is ready but project is not, do I have to pay maintenance ?

Hi, I have 6 nos. blocks in my society . 3 Nos. blocks are completed at May 2015. I had booked an under construction flat at August 2014. at the time of booking structure had been 40% completed. in the agreement letter builder had charged RS 35000 for maintenance charges up to December 2017. after that builder completed my Block at April 2016 and gave possession. Do I need to pay maintenance charges ? Because 1 block construction is all ready pending and my possession is not very old. please advice Regards,.
Maintenance deposited in advanced would be deducted/calculated from the date of registry when you are inducted into physical possession, here it is important to see that maintenance is applicable only after full competition and when cleaner sweeper guard water electric facilities of the surroundings are started then only if not flash a legal notice or else go under RERA or Consumer law if not settled

If maintenance are under builder of aforesaid property then you should pay maintenance to builder, If maintenance handover to society constituted by building owners then maintenance will be pay to society. 1 block, which possession is all ready pending is separate matter, you can take legal action against this.
