If a son buys a property in his father’s name from self-earned money

I Bought a propertyon on my father’s name from self-earned money & home loan, fund didn't provide by father. now father is refusing to give back my home and land, iam having 2 brothers. i took their responsibilities and paid fee for their education. as my father dont have source of income. iam having all my bank statements as proof can i get my share back or i will get the money with interest

hi you can ask for partition of the said property as you had contributed for the property and you should have proof to the same and you would be entitled to your share as mentioned in provisions of Hindu Succession Act

you will get share, you bought property with home loan, and you said father is not working, and (your brothers are major and minor) if they are majors. what they are doing, and your mother is support or not

you can file suit for declaration to declare that you have paid sale consideration and you are owner of the property purchasedby you on the name of your father out of respect alternatively ask for money
