I was not considered while division of the property.
01-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I am a Hindu.
My grandfather married twice. With his first wife, he had my father after which she died. Then my grandfather married again and had two sons and a daughter with the second wife.
Back in 2007, my father died after which my mother along with my brother and I shifted to Lucknow.
Now we got to know that my grandfather divided the property among my two uncles and didn't consider us.
Now we want our father's share in my grandfather's property.
Is it possible now to get our share from the court?
If yes then what is the procedure and how much time this shall take?
My mother is a working lady and can't give her time in this matter for now but I am 18, can I do all the procedures on her behalf?
on the above mentioned query please note down that other legal Heirs of your father . so you want your share in the property then you can file partition suit against the Sach properties . in a civil procedure code there is a law exist for the share of Grand children's in the grandfather's party so you can immediately file partition suit in the concerned Court .
