I want to gift a flat in gomti nagar lucknow to my married daughter. Flat was registered in my name 4 years ago. How to calculate stamp duty & other charges? Who will calculate the present value of property?
You can gift the flat and the stamp duty for this the deed writer calculate the value of the flat by the circle rate of this area in which the flat situated and the other charges of registration office also
