Hi I am hindu and my neighbour is also. My question is that i am making windows on my First floor of my house in back side of my house And in front of neighbors house But he is preventing me to do this saying that it is not legal. I want your kind suggestion what i have to do. what are the rules for windows overlooking neighbours?

You don't tell me that your neighbor is constricting to close your window. Then your neighbor cannot prevent you if you have only this way for sun light and fresh air this is your right to get it .it is a right to eassemet to get this.

I got engageged in Nov/2017, as per my family wishes, which i was reluctant of. Then without telling my parents i did court marriage with a girl on Jan. I want yo break the engagement now All the families and the girl are aware of this situation. I had no dowry demands ever, now what could be the legal implications.

This is your fault before court marriage you can tell /convence the Girl or her family about this situation now you can ask her family to settle the expense on engagement either she and her family can file a Complaint of dowry demand on the bases of video's /photos. This is a breach of contract.
