If the land is legally owned by you, no one has the right to stop you from cultivation. Immediately file a police complaint for obstruction and threat to peaceful possession under relevant IPC sections. Simultaneously, approach the Tahsildar/MRO for protection of possession and file a civil injunction suit before the jurisdictional court restraining others from interference. Preserve title deeds, EC, tax receipts, and cultivation records to prove ownership and possession. Courts can grant interim injunction to secure your right to cultivate your land.
